-Large shephard hooks-a larger hook to be worn through stretched lobes from 6mm and up PICTURED
-Chain and lobster clasp 4mm-more suitable to be worn in tunnels 4mm and up
-Chain and lobster clasp 8mm- a larger clasp more suitable to be worn in tunnels 8mm and up
-Chain and magnetic clasp-more suitable to be worn in tunnels 8mm and up.

I recommend shephard hooks be worn through silicone earlets in stretched lobes, they sit snug and look great, while chain and clasps are suitable to be worn through metal tunnels.
I do not recommend any of my antique bronze pieces for stretched lobes be worn through naked lobes.
