The antique silver 'Pentagram' ear hangers are light weight (14 grams each), and nice and dangly, measuring just on 9cms, and made on chunky antique gold bolo chain and lobster clasp to be worn through silicone earlets or tunnels in stretched ears 10mm and larger.

-Lever back hooks-can be worn through pierced ears or stretched lobes
-Kidney hooks-can be worn through pierced ears or stretched lobes
-Chain and lobster clasp 4mm-a smaller clasp suitable for 4mm earlets and up
-Chain and lobster clasp 8mm-a larger lobster clasp to be worn in earlets 8mm and up
-Chain and lobster clasp 10mm-a chunky 10mm chain best for lobes 10mm and larger PICTURED
-Chain and magnetic clasp 10mm-a larger clasp to be worn in earlets 10mm and up

I recommend shephard hooks be worn through silicone earlets in stretched lobes as they fit snug and look great, while chain and clasps are more suitable to be worn through metal tunnels.
I do not recommend any of my pieces for stretched lobes be worn through naked lobes if you have sensitive lobes.
