From the Gemstone Fossil Wood range is this SINGLE Tigers Eye Pyramid earring, made with antique silver kidney hook, to be worn specifically through earlets in stretched lobes.
These are nice and light weight, weighing 8 grams a piece, and measure just under 7 cms from tip to tip.

I recommend shephard hooks be worn through silicone earlets in stretched lobes as they fit snug and look great, while chain and clasps are suitable to be worn through both silicone earlets and metal tunnels.
I do not recommend any of my pieces for stretched lobes be worn through naked lobes.
