The Halloween 'Brain' ear weights are made on small shephard hooks, for stretched lobes.
Weighing 18 grams each, measuring at just on 6cm from tip to tip, these are perfect for both stretched lobes and pierced ears.

-Small shephard hooks-a slightly larger hook for stretched lobes 3mm and up PICTURED
-Large shephard hooks-a larger hook to be worn through lobes from 6mm earlets and up
-Chain and lobster clasp 4mm-a smaller clasp suitable for 4mm earlets and up
-Chain and lobster clasp 8mm-a larger lobster clasp to be worn in earlets 8mm and up
-Chain and magnetic clasp 6mm-a smaller clasp suitable for 6mm earlets and up

I recommend shephard hooks be worn through silicone earlets in stretched lobes as they fit snug and look great, while chain and clasps are more suitable to be worn through metal tunnels.
I do not recommend any of my pieces for stretched lobes be worn through naked lobes.
