These have been made on antique bronze small shephard hooks for stretched ears, and measure 12cms long from top to bottom. These are nice and big, nice and dangly, weighing 23 grams each.

I recommend shephard hooks be worn through silicone earlets in stretched lobes, they sit snug and look great, while chain and clasps are suitable to be worn through metal tunnels.
I do not recommend any of my antique bronze pieces for stretched lobes be worn through naked lobes.
