They measure in at 9cm from tip to tip, and feature a small antique bronze hook, to be worn through silicone earlets in stretched lobes.

I recommend shephard hooks be worn through silicone earlets in stretched lobes, they sit snug and look great, while chain and clasps are suitable to be worn through metal tunnels.
I do not recommend any of my antique bronze pieces for stretched lobes be worn through naked lobes.
